  • Do I need to install anything?

    No. Rinula works in the browser on any computer or phone. Students and parents just open a link.

  • Can I use only the LMS or only the CRM?

    Yes. Rinula LMS is 200 € a month and Rinula CRM is 200 € a month on their own, or 300 € a month together.

  • How do video lessons work?

    Use your Zoom or Google Meet links at no extra cost, or connect a BigBlueButton server and teach inside Rinula: whiteboard, screen sharing, recordings, and lesson files open in the room automatically. The integration is ready; the BigBlueButton server is billed separately by your hosting provider.

  • Where is our data stored?

    Every school gets its own instance with its own database and file storage, physically separated from other schools.

  • Can we move our students from spreadsheets?

    Yes. Add students as a list of names and emails in one step, and import course programmes from Excel.

  • How does the AI in Rinula CRM work?

    You connect your own Claude or ChatGPT to your CRM with a private link. The assistant creates and updates leads, tasks and projects for you. It runs on your existing subscription; Rinula CRM only receives the actions, not your chats.

  • Which languages are supported?

    The LMS interface is in Ukrainian, English and German. Notifications arrive in each person’s language and time zone.

  • Do parents get their own access?

    Yes. Parents see their child’s lessons, homework and lesson summaries and get notified about missed lessons and low balances.

  • How do lesson packages work?

    You add a package of lessons to a student; each marked lesson is deducted automatically. You always see who is running low. Collecting payment stays with you.

  • How do we get started?

    Book a demo. After the call we set up your own instance under your name, logo and domain, move your courses and students, and train your team. Setup for LMS plans is 400 € one-time and includes your first month. Rinula CRM has no setup fee.

  • Will our students see the Rinula name?

    No. Students and parents see your school’s name, logo and domain in the interface, emails and documents.

  • Are there limits?

    Up to 5,000 users and 10 GB of files on every LMS plan, with any number of courses. Above 5,000 users it’s +20 € a month for every additional 1,000.

  • Can we cancel?

    Yes. Give one month’s notice. Within 30 days after the end, we hand over a full export of your database and files.

  • What support do we get?

    Hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and bug fixes are included. We respond to any failure within one business day. Support works by email: hello@rinula.com.
